'True North' is a Sea Otter, a great example of this popular make of aluminium narrowboat. This 40 foot version offers a separate bedroom and sleeps 4-6 overall & could be used for leisure or residential living.
Hot water is supplied by a combination of a calorifier, immersion, and Webasto diesel unit which also runs the radiators.
The cushions and curtains gave recently been replaced and an all important galvanic isolater is fitted.
In the bathroom there is a shower and a Jabsco electric flush toilet.
Fitted with a Super Power bow thruster to help with manoeuvring & mooring.
Boat safety valid until June 2027.
Viewing strictly by appointment.
Residential or leisure mooring is available through separate agreement with Tewkesbury Marina.
