Description

A handed pair of Gleniffer DH6 Marine Diesel Engines for restoration or spare parts. These engines were believed to be fitted in a well known trip boat operating on Lake Windermere. They have been standing for several years and although one engine is seized, the other was turning recently. The gearbox reduction is believed to be 2:1. The DH6 is naturally aspirated and is rated at 120bhp with a 6" bore and 7" stroke. Engine dimensions; 108" long, 34" wide and 59" high. They weigh just over 2.5 tonnes each.

We are hoping to sell these engines complete and as a pair but would consider stripping for spares if unsold. The engines are both sitting on strong wooden stillages which will sit flat on a truck bed. Cranage on to your transport will be included in the price.

We are commercial boat builders based in Gloucestershire and we are open between 0800 and 1630hrs, Monday to Friday and all communication, viewing and collection will have to take place within those hours.
