Tirley is a former grain barge and is currently in the process of being converted into a boutique hotel, with owner accommodation. The design for the hotel operation would equally lend itself to a rental property, as the layout will provide for 6 large self contained units. However, Tirley would also make a stunning house boat conversion, with living accommodation in excess of 1,500 square feet and 10 feet high ceilings - this could be either at her current length or shortened to meet your specific requirements.

For those interested in considering the hotel operation, an operating proposal has been approved by the Canal and Rivers Trust and a prime city centre mooring identified. Details of the mooring will only be made available for those willing to sign a non-disclosure agreement.

Tirley is available 'as is' for you to work on yourselves or appoint your own contractors, or as a ‘turn key’ solution as a finished hotel or other use to meet your specific requirements.
